1. Shipping information

• Postage costs:

  • For orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg we charge a flat rate of €6.90 per order.

• Free shipping:

  • For orders over €100, you pay no shipping costs.

  • Delivery time: Orders will be delivered within 4-8 working days.

    • For a custom order, production time is typically between 8 and 10 weeks, assuming no unexpected issues arise. We'll keep you updated on progress.

• Free local delivery: Do you live within a certain radius of our store? Then we'll deliver your order to your home for free! Do you live outside this zone? No problem, we also offer affordable shipping options to other regions.

 

2. Pick up

• You can pick up your order free of charge at the address below. Select the "Pickup" option at checkout.

  • Pick-up address:

  • We can arrange a convenient time to collect your order by email. We'll make sure everything is ready at a time that works best for both of us.
