Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations of custom-made products after production has started will incur a fee of 75% of the order amount.
Returns and Complaints Policy: Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible.
Exceptions only apply if:

The product was delivered damaged, or
-
There is a proven manufacturing defect.
Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as of the damaged product.
