Returns and Cancellations
Returns and complaints policy
Due to the fragility and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

The product was delivered damaged.

There is a demonstrable production error.
Important: Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening , along with images of the damage to the product itself.
