General Terms and Conditions Bo Célis ( P&B Keramiek)

Article 1: Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, deliveries, and legal relationships. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Quotations and Agreements

Quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days. An agreement is established after written confirmation of the order. Changes to the agreement are only binding if they have been agreed upon in writing.

Article 3: Prices

All prices on our website are exempt from VAT pursuant to Article 56bis of the Belgian VAT Code and are presented as the effective sales price. As we are exempt from VAT, we do not charge VAT on the sale of our products or services. This means that the price listed on the website is the price the customer actually pays. Shipping and administration fees are stated separately. We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changes in market conditions.

Article 4: Payment

All payments must be made immediately and in cash, unless otherwise agreed. For custom orders, payment is made in two installments:

  • 50% of the total amount must be paid as a deposit when placing the order.

  • The remaining 50% must be paid upon receipt of the order.

If payment is not made on time, we reserve the right to suspend the execution of the order or to proceed with delivery only after full payment has been received. In case of late payment, interest may be charged and/or additional measures may be taken.

Article 5: Delivery

Delivery takes place within the agreed timeframe. Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon shipment.

Article 6: Returns and Cancellations

Cancellations of custom-made products after production has started will incur a fee of 75% of the order amount.

Returns and Complaints Policy: Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible.

Exceptions apply only if:

  • The product was delivered damaged, or

  • There is a proven manufacturing defect.

Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as of the damaged product.

Send an email to pb.keramiek@outlook.be with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos as proof of the damage or defect

We will contact you as soon as possible to offer an appropriate solution (replacement or refund).

Article 7: Warranty and Liability

We guarantee that the products meet the agreed specifications. Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the product. Damage caused by improper use of the products is not covered.

Article 8: Complaints

Complaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. For justified complaints, the product will be replaced or (partially) refunded.

Article 9: Intellectual Property

All designs and materials remain our property. Unauthorized use of these assets is prohibited.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where we are established.
