Deliveries are possible within Belgium as well as to Germany, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Weight

The indicated shipping weight applies per item. For orders containing multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted according to the quantity.

Return & Complaints

Our products are handmade and fragile, so standard returns are not possible. Exceptions apply if the item is damaged on delivery or has a manufacturing defect.

Please note: discount due to a small crack
When you purchase two sets of mugs with underplates, you'll receive a 15% discount on the third set . One of the mugs in the third set has a small crack on the bottom near the stamp. This doesn't affect food safety, as the crack is on the outside and the inside is completely covered with food-safe glaze.

 This slight imperfection does not detract from the quality or use of the mugs, and gives you the opportunity to purchase a third set at a discount.
