Weight: The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Return and Complaint Policy:
Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions only apply if:

• The product was delivered damaged
• There is a verifiable production defect

Any damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as the assembled product.
