Since each piece is completely handmade, color variations and differences in the shape of the bowl may occur. This makes every item unique and characteristic of true craftsmanship.

Shipments are possible to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Weight: The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns and complaints policy

Due to the fragility and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged.
• There is a demonstrable production error.

Important: Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening , along with images of the damage to the product itself.
