Returns and complaints policy

Due to the fragility and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged.
• There is a demonstrable production error.

Important: Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening , along with images of the damage to the product itself.

We will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
 

This bowl has a small imperfection: the base is not completely flat. Therefore, in addition to the sale, we have already reduced the original price by €10.
