Shipments are possible to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns and complaints policy:

 Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are not generally possible. Exceptions apply only if:

•  The product was delivered damaged
•  There is a demonstrable production error

 Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as the assembled product.

 We will contact you as soon as possible to offer a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
