Returns and complaints policy

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are not possible as a standard procedure. Exceptions apply only if:

• The product was delivered damaged.

• There is a demonstrable production error

Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, and of the damaged product.
