Weight: The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns and complaints policy

Due to the fragility and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged.
• There is a demonstrable production error.

Important: Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening , along with images of the damage to the product itself.

Please note: discount due to a small crack.
When you purchase two sets of mugs with underplates, you'll receive a 15% discount on the third set . One of the mugs in the third set has a small crack on the bottom near the stamp. This doesn't affect food safety, as the crack is on the outside and the inside is completely covered with food-safe glaze.

 This slight imperfection does not detract from the quality or use of the mugs, and gives you the opportunity to purchase a third set at a discount.
