Dimensions vary per mug. Below are the measurements for the smaller and larger variants:

• Height: approx. 6.5 – 8 cm / 2.6 – 3.1 inch
• Diameter top edge: approx. 8.5 – 10 cm / 3.3 – 3.9 inch

Shipments are possible to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France and Luxembourg.

Weight: The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns and Complaints Policy

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are generally not possible. Exceptions are made in the following cases:

• The product was delivered damaged
• There is a proven manufacturing defect

Important:
Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, along with images of the damage to the product itself.
