The stated shipping weight applies per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight is adjusted per quantity.

Returns and complaints policy:

Due to the fragile and handmade nature of our products, returns are not possible as a standard procedure. Exceptions apply only if:

• The product was delivered damaged.

• There is a demonstrable production error

Damage upon delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, and of the assembled product.

Deze hangpot is afgeprijsd met 20% vanwege een kleine scheur aan de onderzijde. Het betreft een cosmetische imperfectie die geen invloed heeft op de waterdichtheid of het gebruik. Dankzij de glazuurlaag aan de binnenzijde blijft de hangpot volledig waterdicht.
