Weight: The shipping weight shown is per item. For orders of multiple items, the total shipping weight will be adjusted accordingly.

Returns & Complaints Policy

Due to the fragile and handcrafted nature of our products, standard returns are not possible. Exceptions are made only if:

• The product was delivered damaged
• There is a verifiable manufacturing defect

Reporting damaged items:
Any damage during delivery must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt. Please include clear photos of the packaging before and after opening, as well as of the assembled product.

• A description of the issue
• Photos as proof of damage or defect

We will contact you as soon as possible to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
